UUC Codes, Status, Contracts, Government Benefits, Liability, Non Residents

"Unilateral rescission on
the basis of mistaken identity, duress, coercion, fraud, threat of loss to real
time property, or under threat of enslavement ... etc."
-state of california civil code 1689.B.1

- any time the gooberment
(government) presents your strawman (person) with an offer it is all voluntary.
you have the right to accept it or not, and most of the time unless you have
all ready passed into "silent acquiescence" ::: (after ten days you
go from an "offender" to "the defendant," you have
"acquiesced") the offer will be still be to your name in all caps;
"the strawman," and that by definition is not you... so in california
you can use that civil code to rescind the offer.. because it's "mistaken
identity, duress, coercion, fraud," etc. any time a L.E.O. gives you a
ticket they always give it to your "strawman" and force the
"living blood" to accept his debt at gunpoint so it's all all of the
above. you can also use the "uniform commercial code;" because all
crimes are commercial (Title 27 section 72.11) and as such subject to the
U.C.C. (U.C.C. 1-103, which clearly states that the purpose of the codes is to
make uniform the codes, laws, and customs among the varying
"jurisdictions".)
