In law words do not have the same meaning as you have been taught? Was that an attempt to make me appear wrong?  What was your motive? Is it then my duty to so you your error?

notes are indorsed by a party's writing his

"Indorse" is a technical term, having sufficient
legal certainty without words of more particular
